Worship Ready

Serving together. Simplified.

Church schedules. Connected teams. Clear assignments.

Coordinate church staff and volunteers, organize service schedules across multiple buildings, and give each person a clear view of where and when they are needed.

App access is currently by invitation. Request access first; opening the app requires ChatGPT sign-in and permission to use the pilot.

Church entrance at sunset

Built around the people who serve

One place to coordinate your church team.

Several buildings. Clear locations.

Save buildings, rooms, and outdoor locations. Identify the location for each staffing role and coordinate simultaneous activities across your church property.

A personal serving schedule.

Volunteers see their own assignments and relevant briefings. Confirm a commitment, review responsibilities, and know where to check in.

Visibility for team leaders.

Approved team leaders see schedules and confirmations for the teams assigned to them. Church administrators manage staffing, eligibility, and locations.

Practical preparation.

Use team briefings, availability records, in-app reminders, and a daily NKJV verse related to service. Email and background phone notifications are still being prepared.

A focused, private pilot

Know what the pilot includes before you request access.

01

Start small

Use one team and two upcoming worship services. The current church plan is designed for up to 50 administrators, staff, and volunteers.

02

Keep access scoped

Volunteers see their own schedule. Approved team leaders see only assigned teams. Church administrators manage the church workspace; emergency contacts remain private to the person and church administrators.

03

Use the web pilot

Access is invitation-only in a web browser and requires ChatGPT sign-in. Live billing, automated email or SMS reminders, and native App Store or Google Play apps are not available.

Help shape Worship Ready

Start with one team and two Sundays.

We are preparing a small pilot with two churches. Begin with one team, work through scheduling and confirmations, and tell us what would make serving easier.

Tell us your church name, location, team size, and who coordinates your schedules. We will discuss setup, access, and suitable pilot dates directly. The app includes an administrator checklist for locations, team approval, two services, briefings, staffing, and confirmations.

A pilot request is a conversation about fit and access. It does not enroll your church or reserve a place. Email delivery and background phone notifications are still being prepared.

Training and preparation

Strengthen the team behind the schedule.

The Sunday Standard is Millfort Tactical’s church safety training program, including the Church Safety Team Fundamentals workshop. It is offered separately from the Worship Ready scheduling app. Explore training for clear roles, respectful communication, and coordinated response.
